Memberships and community access.
Online courses and digital experiences.
Downloadable workbooks, guides and other digital products.
Gift cards, where offered.
Other products or services available through the website.
Specific conditions displayed on a product, membership or event page form part of the contract. If a specific condition conflicts with these general terms, the specific condition presented before purchase will apply, provided that it does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Joining a free waiting list or newsletter does not create a paid membership or guarantee access to future events, benefits or prices.
3. Customer eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract to make a purchase.
By completing an order, you confirm that:
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
You have reviewed the description, price and relevant conditions.
You accept these Terms and Conditions.
If you purchase for another person, you are responsible for ensuring that the participant receives and accepts the conditions applicable to the service or event.
4. Ordering process
To make a purchase, the customer must:
Select the relevant product, membership, event or service.
Review its description, date, location, price and specific conditions.
Provide the requested information.
Review and correct any errors.
Accept these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Privacy Policy.
Complete payment through the available payment method.
A purchase is confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed and the customer receives an order or booking confirmation.
If a confirmation is not received, the customer should contact us before attempting another payment.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in cases involving an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, technical error, lack of availability or breach of these terms. If payment has already been received and we cancel the order, the amount paid will be refunded.
The contract will be stored electronically. Customers should retain the confirmation email and applicable terms for their records.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise.
Prices will indicate whether applicable taxes are included. Any additional charge will be disclosed before the customer confirms the purchase.
Payment may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider. Elite Femme Atelier does not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.
The customer is responsible for providing valid payment information and sufficient funds.
Promotional codes:
Must be entered before completing the purchase.
Cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
May be subject to an expiry date or specific conditions.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
6. Events and in-person experiences
The event page or booking confirmation will provide the relevant date, approximate schedule, location, inclusions and any participation requirements.
Customers are responsible for:
Arriving at the stated time.
Providing accurate contact information.
Informing us through the designated form of relevant allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility requirements or health considerations.
Following reasonable safety and conduct instructions.
Arranging their own transport and accommodation unless expressly included.
Ensuring that participation is suitable for their personal circumstances.
Late arrival may result in missing part of an experience. No refund is guaranteed where the customer arrives late or does not attend.
Customer cancellations
Unless a different cancellation policy is clearly displayed before purchase, the following policy applies:
Cancellation at least 14 calendar days before the event: refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 7 and 13 calendar days before the event: 50% refund.
Cancellation fewer than 7 calendar days before the event or failure to attend: no refund.
A customer may request to transfer her place to another eligible person up to 48 hours before the event, subject to our approval and any necessary participant information being provided.
Processing or payment-provider fees that are genuinely non-refundable may be deducted where legally permitted and disclosed.
This contractual cancellation policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation or changes by Elite Femme Atelier
We may make reasonable changes to the programme, timetable, facilitator, venue or activities where necessary, provided that the overall nature and quality of the experience are not materially reduced.
If we cancel an event, customers may choose between:
A full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled event; or
A transfer or credit for another event, where offered.
If an event is postponed, customers will be informed of the new date and available options.
Unless expressly included in the booking, Elite Femme Atelier is not responsible for personal travel, accommodation or other external expenses. Customers should consider refundable arrangements where appropriate.
7. Participant conduct
We want our experiences and community to remain safe, respectful and welcoming.
Participants must not engage in:
Harassment, intimidation or discrimination.
Abusive, threatening or disruptive behaviour.
Unwanted recording or photography.
Unauthorised promotion, solicitation or sale of products or services.
Conduct that risks the health, safety, privacy or enjoyment of others.
We may refuse entry or remove a participant where reasonably necessary to protect the event, its participants or its providers. No refund will be due where removal results from a serious or deliberate breach of these conditions, subject to applicable law.
8. Health, wellness and personal-development activities
Some experiences may include physical movement, Pilates, yoga, massage, skincare, meditation, breathwork, sound practices, face yoga or other wellness activities.
These activities are provided for general wellness, educational or recreational purposes. They do not replace medical, psychological, physiotherapy or other regulated professional care.
Participants are responsible for assessing whether an activity is suitable for them and should consult an appropriate healthcare professional where necessary.
Participants must notify us of relevant allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or accessibility requirements through the confidential process provided for the event. We cannot guarantee that every requirement can be accommodated, but we will consider reasonable requests.
A participant may decline or stop an activity at any time.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from negligence where established under applicable law.
9. Food, allergies and dietary requirements
Where food or drinks are included, customers should provide requested allergy and dietary information accurately and within the stated deadline.
We will take reasonable steps to communicate relevant requirements to catering providers. However, unless expressly guaranteed, we cannot promise that a venue or shared preparation environment will be completely free from traces of a particular allergen.
Customers with severe allergies should contact us before booking so that available arrangements can be discussed.
10. Photography and recording
We may take general photographs or videos at certain events for documentary or promotional purposes.
Where a person is clearly identifiable and the material is intended for promotional use, we will obtain the appropriate permission or rely on another valid legal basis where applicable.
Attendees will be informed when photography or filming is planned. Anyone who does not wish to appear should notify the organiser and follow the instructions provided at the event.
Participants must not photograph or record other attendees in a way that infringes their privacy or makes them uncomfortable.
Accepting these Terms and Conditions does not, by itself, constitute unrestricted consent for the commercial use of a participant’s image.
11. Memberships
Where paid memberships are offered, the membership page will explain:
The price and billing frequency.
The initial duration and any renewal arrangement.
Included benefits.
Eligibility or application requirements.
How to cancel.
Any minimum commitment.
Whether particular benefits are subject to availability.
A membership is personal and may not be shared or transferred without written permission.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, event tickets, partner services and third-party products are not automatically included in the membership fee.
Recurring memberships
Where a membership renews automatically, this will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
The customer authorises the applicable recurring payment until cancellation. Customers may cancel through [ACCOUNT AREA / EMAIL TO INFO@THEELITEFEMMEATELIER.COM].
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. No partial refund is provided for an unused portion of a billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We will communicate any material change to the membership price or core benefits before it takes effect. Where required, customers will have the opportunity to cancel before the new conditions apply.
We may suspend or terminate membership access for serious or repeated breaches of community rules. Any financial consequences will be assessed fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
12. Digital products and online content
Digital products may include workbooks, guides, templates, recordings, online masterclasses or downloadable resources.
A purchase grants the customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the content for private purposes.
Customers may not:
Share login details or download links.
Copy or distribute the content to others.
Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit it.
Upload it to public platforms or shared databases.
Remove branding, copyright notices or ownership information.
Use substantial parts to create a competing product or service.
Technical and access requirements will be stated where relevant. Customers are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection and software.
If digital content is defective or cannot be accessed due to a problem attributable to us, the customer should contact info@theelitefemmeatelier.com so that we can provide access, repair, replacement or another remedy required by law.
13. Right of withdrawal
General rule
Consumers who enter into an eligible distance contract normally have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period normally begins:
For a service: on the date the contract is concluded.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium: on the date the contract is concluded.
For physical goods: on the date the customer or designated recipient receives them.
To exercise this right, the customer must send an unequivocal statement to:
Email: info@theelitefemmeatelier.com
Address: [FULL LEGAL ADDRESS]
The customer may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
Dated events and leisure activities
The statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance.
This may include tickets for events, workshops, experiences or masterclasses scheduled for a specific date. In these cases, the cancellation policy displayed before purchase will apply, without affecting any other mandatory consumer rights.
Services beginning during the withdrawal period
If a customer expressly requests that a service begin during the 14-day withdrawal period, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided if she later withdraws.
Once the service has been fully performed, the withdrawal right may be lost if performance began with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence.
Immediately supplied digital content
Where paid digital content is supplied immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins—but only where the customer:
Expressly agrees to immediate access or delivery;
Acknowledges that this causes the loss of the withdrawal right; and
Receives confirmation of that agreement.
If these requirements are not satisfied, the statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected.
14. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.
Refund-processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. We will initiate any legally required refund without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period.
Receiving a refund does not give the customer the right to continue using refunded digital content, membership benefits or event access.
15. Gift cards
Where gift cards are offered:
Their validity period and conditions will be stated at purchase.
They may be used only for eligible Elite Femme Atelier services.
They cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
They must be presented or entered before the purchase is completed.
Lost or misused codes may not be replaceable where this is not reasonably possible.
If a purchase exceeds the gift-card balance, the difference must be paid using an accepted payment method.
The treatment of any remaining balance will be explained in the specific gift-card conditions.
16. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, event concepts, educational materials, videos, downloads, workbooks and other resources are owned by Elite Femme Atelier or used under licence.
Purchasing or accessing content does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, resale, public communication, modification or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
17. Third-party providers
Some services or experiences may involve independent venues, facilitators, caterers, instructors, payment platforms or other collaborators.
Where another provider supplies part of an experience, customers will receive relevant information about that provider where required.
Elite Femme Atelier remains responsible for its own obligations and does not exclude any liability that legally applies to it. Independent providers remain responsible for the services they directly perform, in accordance with applicable law.
18. Force majeure and circumstances beyond reasonable control
Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public-health emergencies, transport disruption, venue closure, power failure or serious illness of an essential facilitator.
Where such circumstances affect an event, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, provide an appropriate alternative or offer the remedy required by applicable law.
19. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
Special-category information, such as health, allergy or accessibility details, will only be requested and processed where necessary and with the appropriate legal basis.
20. Complaints and customer service
Questions, cancellation requests or complaints may be sent to:
Email: info@theelitefemmeatelier.com
Telephone: [TELEPHONE NUMBER]
Address: [FULL LEGAL ADDRESS]
Please include your name, order or booking reference and a clear explanation of the request.
We will try to respond as soon as reasonably possible and within any mandatory legal deadline.
Official consumer complaint forms are available where required by Spanish or Andalusian consumer law.
21. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes.
The terms accepted when an order was placed will normally govern that purchase. Later changes will not retroactively reduce a customer’s contractual or statutory rights.
The current version will be published on the website with its revision date.
22. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
An invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced as closely as legally possible to reflect its original purpose without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
23. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection provided by the law that applies to them.
Disputes will be handled by the courts determined under applicable procedural and consumer-protection law. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts competent under mandatory law.
Before commencing formal proceedings, customers are invited to contact us at info@theelitefemmeatelier.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
